Brand new auction house is up and ready for an auction. Climate controlled, two restrooms, concession stand all available.

Directions: From Harrison, take hwy 7 south past the new Creekside Community Center. Take hwy 43 to the right where 7 and 43 splits. About 2 miles from the split will be the auction location on the corner of 43 and Cowan Loop.

The first 90-100 lots will be simulcast on simsfamilyauctions.com

Live and online bidders will be bidding on these lots. You can view them and bid on our website. This will start at 10:00. At the conclusion of the simulcast auction, we will continue the day with live bidding on the rest of the items.  

PICKUP FOR ONLINE BIDDERS WILL BE SUNDAY 12/15 12:30-2:30 AND SATURDAY 12/21 10:00-12:00.
