Stunning 31ct recrystallized Sri Lankan corn flower blue Sapphire in a fabulous unisex large gold setting stamped 18K and set with a multitude of brilliant cut diamonds (approx 6.5cts) round the Sapphire and 3/4 down each side in a stunning unique setting, measuring approximately 3.5 cm x 3 cm x 3 cm.
