An Italian Rococo Style Miniature Decorative Metal Framed Textile Artwork - This lot consists of an Italian miniature decorative wall hanging featuring a printed textile panel. The oval central image depicts two figures in 18th-century period dress; one figure is shown in a green floral gown, while the other wears a pink and white patterned dress. The panel is housed within a cast metal frame finished in a dark patinated brass tone. The frame is intricately detailed with scrolled foliate motifs, floral sprigs, and a prominent bow-knot crest at the top. The reverse of the frame is embossed with the mark MADE ITALY. It is finished with a textured brown backing board and is fitted with a small circular metal hanging loop. Height: Approximately 15.5 cm Width: Approximately 8.3 cm.
