The set is constructed from cast metal with a silver-toned finish and features a traditional screw-clamp base for securing to a work surface. The assembly includes a main body with an integral hopper, an internal cast metal auger, and a hand crank fitted with a black composite handle. Accompanying the unit is a four-blade steel cutting knife, a threaded locking ring, and two interchangeable circular grinding plates with different aperture sizes for coarse and fine mincing.
