A Collection of Mid-20th Century English Ceramics Including a Part Tea Service and Lidded Tureens - A collection of various ceramic tablewares and decorative items, likely of British manufacture and dating from the mid-20th century. The lot includes a part tea or breakfast service featuring an autumnal floral transfer-printed pattern with orange blossoms, green foliage, and hand-coloured highlights. The service, which resembles designs by Alfred Meakin, consists of teacups, a cream jug, a saucer, side plates, and a square serving plate with a scalloped edge. Also included are two earthenware lidded tureens: one of circular Art Deco form decorated with horizontal orange and yellow banding and a stylized rectangular finial, and an oval footed tureen featuring a central floral spray. The collection is completed by a circular earthenware lidded jar with a pale pink glaze and horizontal ribbing, a stack of small rectangular dishes decorated in a traditional Imari-style palette of cobalt blue and iron red, and a white heart-shaped dish with vertical ribbing. No maker's marks or backstamps are visible in the provided images.
