An Oris 8-Day 15-Jewel Gilt Metal Desk Alarm Clock - A mid-century Oris Swiss mechanical desk alarm clock. The timepiece features a circular gilt metal case mounted onto a black stepped base. The cream-toned dial is set with luminous Arabic hour markers and a railroad minute track, featuring luminous-filled syringe-style hour and minute hands and a thin central alarm-setting hand. The dial bears the printed name ORIS above the number 15 at the top centre. The lower portion of the dial is marked 8 over DAY, with the periphery at the bottom bearing the words SWISS to the left of the six and MADE to the right. The reverse of the clock case features integrated winding keys for the time and alarm, two setting knobs, and a regulator scale for timing adjustment. A bell icon is stamped into the metal next to the alarm winding hardware.
