A yellow fabric tag is secured to the left ear with a metal button; the front side reads Handmade by, Steiff, and KNOPF IM OHR, accompanied by a bear head logo. The reverse of this ear tag is printed with Poppet, Hase, 080005, and the manufacturer website address www.steiff.com. A circular white card tag is fixed to the chest, printed with Poppet, the Steiff cursive logo, Original, and Giengen Germany.
