Steiff Limited Edition Mini Teddybär 1903 Cinnamon Mohair Teddy Bear c 10 cm seated - A miniature jointed teddy bear, model Mini Teddybär 1903, manufactured by Steiff. The bear is constructed from cinnamon coloured mohair, comprising 49 per cent mohair and 51 per cent cotton, with a polyester filling. It features a five-way jointed head and limbs, black bead eyes, and hand-stitched black thread detailing to the nose, mouth, and claws. This piece is a limited edition release from 2019, numbered 538 of 1,500. Several markings and labels are present. A circular white chest tag with a red centre displays an elephant motif and the letters S t e i f f. The perimeter of the tag is printed with the words Germany, Made in, and Limited Edition. A white fabric ear tag is secured by a brass-coloured metal button; one side is printed in red with the number 006456, while the reverse is printed in red with LED OF 1500 pcs., Mini Teddybär 1903, 2019, and 00538. An attached paper documentation booklet features a grey and white striped cover with a red bear motif and a black oval containing the name Steiff above the text KNOPF IM OHR. The reverse of the booklet displays the model number 006456, the description Mini Teddyb. 1903 10 Moh., and the colour code zimt, alongside material composition details and a barcode numbered 4 001505 006456.
