A Nao Porcelain Trio of Ducks Figurine - A Spanish glazed porcelain figurine depicting three white ducks or geese in various poses. The group is set upon a naturalistic, grey-toned base featuring a tall, vertical element representing reeds or grass. The birds are finished in a white glaze with subtle yellow-orange beaks and small black eyes. The base of the figurine features several markings. There is a printed mark in black reading NAO MADE IN SPAIN followed by the code C-28 M. There is an incised mark of a triangle containing a stylized letter A and a small incised x or cross. A circular aperture is present in the base towards the rear.
