The form features a flared, fan-shaped rim with a relief-molded foliate texture, tapering to a bulbous body that depicts a rocky, textured surface with molded floral accents. The piece is finished in a monochromatic, semi-translucent blue glaze that pools in the recesses to highlight the relief molding. The reverse is flat with a keyhole-shaped aperture at the top for wall hanging. The reverse bears a hand-written mark in dark underglaze script reading E Radford above a horizontal line.
