The base of the items features a green printed mark consisting of the word HAMMERSLEY in an upper arc above a device depicting three oak leaves and an acorn in a basket. Below the device are the words FINE BONE CHINA in a lower arc and Made in England in a straight line. A small orange hand-painted mark resembling the numeral 3 is located adjacent to the printed stamp.
