A Pair of Royal Worcester Walking-Out Dresses of the 19th Century Porcelain Figurines - A pair of fine bone china figurines from the Walking-Out Dresses of the 19th Century series. Each figure is decorated with polychrome glazes and represents a distinct period of 19th-century fashion. The first figurine, The Crinoline (circa 1855), depicts a woman in a voluminous pale pink tiered dress. The gown features white ruffled borders and a high-waisted bodice with a matching pink and white striped shawl draped over the shoulders. She wears a cream-coloured bonnet adorned with pink floral accents and holds a grey parasol with a wood-effect handle. The second figurine, The Promenade (circa 1830), depicts a woman in a white dress decorated with a repeating blue floral sprig pattern. She wears a white high-collared jacket cinched at the waist with a gilt buckle and a large white bonnet decorated with a single pink flower. The figure is posed holding a folded white fan. Both figures are mounted on integral circular bases with white scrolled relief decoration and painted green accents to the top surface. The porcelain exhibits a high-gloss glaze finish.
