Two Cut Lead Crystal Spirits Decanters - Two heavy lead crystal spirits decanters of different forms. The first decanter is a ship's style with a broad, flat circular base and a slender neck. The neck is decorated with vertical flute cuts and two applied triple-ring collars. It is fitted with an elongated, ribbed spire-shaped stopper. The base of the body features a deep-cut radial starburst pattern. The second decanter is a club-shaped or mallet-shaped vessel with a rounded body and a tapering neck. The neck is decorated with fine vertical ribbing. It features a flat, mushroom-shaped stopper with radial facet cuts on the upper surface. The body is decorated with a complex band of mitre-cut fans and cross-hatched diamond patterns above a base section of vertical blaze cuts. Both pieces are made of clear lead crystal and exhibit hand-cut decoration throughout. No maker's marks or signatures are visible on either piece.
