A Pair of Cut Glass Spirit Decanters - A pair of lead crystal spirit decanters, each with a distinct hand-cut pattern and matching stopper. The decanter on the left features a classic diamond-cut or criss-cross pattern around the bulbous body, transitioning into long vertical flutes on the tapering neck. It is topped with a globular stopper featuring deep, multi-faceted geometric cutting. The decanter on the right is decorated with a fan and thistle motif, incorporating curved vertical mitre cuts and starburst rosettes near the base. The neck is finished with vertical flutes, and it is fitted with a teardrop-shaped stopper featuring linear vertical facets. Both vessels are constructed from clear glass with a high refractive index, characteristic of quality lead crystal. There are no maker's marks, signatures, or labels visible on the bodies or stoppers of either item.
