Two Decorative Framed Prints after Jean-Baptiste Greuze and Sir Joshua Reynolds - Two framed decorative prints on board after 18th-century original oil paintings. The larger oval work is a reproduction of Jean-Baptiste Greuze's The Broken Pitcher (La Cruche Cassée), depicting a young woman in neoclassical dress with a cracked jug and flowers. The piece is presented in an ornate, openwork gilt-composition frame decorated with scrolling acanthus leaves and shell flourishes. The smaller rectangular piece is a reproduction of Sir Joshua Reynolds' Age of Innocence, depicting a young girl in profile seated on the ground in a white dress against a dark landscape. It is housed in a dark wood frame with a gilded inner slip. Neither piece bears a visible signature or maker mark on the front.
