An 18 Carat Gold Sapphire and Diamond Dress Ring - A dress ring featuring a central oval-cut faceted dark blue sapphire, approximately 6mm x 4mm, set within a rub-over collet. The central stone is surrounded by a pierced white metal quatrefoil frame, accented at the compass points with four small, round faceted white stones, possibly diamonds. The setting is supported by a slender yellow metal band with split shoulders. The ring is composed of yellow and white metal. A handwritten tag accompanies the item reading 18ct and 1.4gm.
