A 9 Carat Gold Novelty Golf Club Brooch Birmingham 1994 - A 9 carat yellow gold novelty stick pin or bar brooch, designed in the form of an iron golf club. The piece features a textured club head with a cross-hatched face, against which rests a small, polished spherical bead representing a golf ball. The shaft of the club terminates in a cross-hatched textured grip. The shaft is struck with a series of English hallmarks in rectangular cartouches: a makers mark that is not legible as a name, the fineness mark '375', the anchor office mark for Birmingham, and the date letter 'u' for 1994. The reverse is fitted with a hinged pin and a simple C-clasp safety catch. Length: 6 cm Weight: 3.0 g.
