European work with original painting on textile country. It represents a gallant scene with two characters, where a young lady holds a nest with two young birds in the company of a young gentleman, alluding to a possible betrothal between the two young people. Two other women witness the event. Reverse with painted float decoration. Some small area of the country needed of small settlements between the country and the odd rod, which does not affect its overall good preservation.
