Advertising Poster Four Reigns Queen Elizabeth II Illustrated . Original vintage advertising poster for Illustrated magazine Every Wednesday 4d promoting a Fascinating New Picture Series Four Reigns that was released for the Coronation of Elizabeth II on 2 June 1953 at Westminster Abbey in London. Great design featuring four black and white images of British monarchs lined up side by side: King Edward VII (Albert Edward 1841-1910; reigned 1901-1910), King George V (George Frederick Ernest Albert 1865-1936; reigned 1910-1936), King George VI (Albert Frederick Arthur George 1895-1952; reigned 1936-1952) and Queen Elizabeth II (Elizabeth Alexandra Mary b. 1926; reign 1952-date) against a red background. Issued by Oldham press. Very good condition, minor creasing, minor staining. Country of issue: UK, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 76x51, year of printing: 1953.
