Original vintage travel poster for Budapest Hungary featuring a stunning illustration of the Liberty Statue depicted as a lady in a long dress holding a palm leaf towering over the night city with boats and bridges on the Danube river and buildings on the either side of the river banks, the title in bold pink lettering at the top of the image. Located on Gellert Hill in budapest, the Liberty Statue / Freedom Statue was erected in 1947 ”To the memory of those all who sacrificed their lives for the independence, freedom, and prosperity of Hungary” (1989 inscription).
