Travel Poster Carnaval A Nice Carnival French Riviera. Original vintage travel poster for the Carnival of Nice / Le Carnaval a Nice from 28 January to 9 February 1967 featuring colourful artwork by the French painter Jules Cavailles (1901-1977) of a lady wearing traditional clothing with an apron and hat holding a bunch of flowers in front of a man in uniform with a French flag and the town of Nice with its trees and sandy beach on the seafront promenade on the Mediterranean Sea below. Good condition, folds in the top left corner, minor staining, minor tears on the margins, pencil marks. Country of issue: France, designer: Jean Cavailles, size (cm): 62.5x40.5, year of printing: 1967.
