Advertising Poster 24 Heures du Mans 1966 Ford GT40 - Original vintage motorsports poster for the 24 Heures du Mans / the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1966 event, which took place on 18th and 19th June 1966. The poster features ?24 Heures du Mans 18 et 19 Juin 1966? in large white text at the bottom, with an image of race cars driving over the crest of a hill, towards the viewer. A large tyre gate over the track features the word Dunlop, and a crowd lines the racetrack on both sides, with a sign for Martini in the background. An orange racecar, bearing the number 20, leads the group. The overall winner of the Le Mans was the Ford GT40, driven by Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon, and the event features in popular culture, referenced in the book Go Like Hell, and the films The 24 Hour War, and Ford v Ferrari.
