Original vintage post World War Two poster announcing street collection on 15 June and door-to-door collection of donations from 17 to 21 June, the bold yellow and white text reads Give generously! Fund emergency areas / Geef gul! Fonds nood-gebieden, featuring an illustration of the Netherlands map with red marks. Published by the Dutch National Recovery Foundation / Nederlands Volksherstel, an umbrella aid organisation that focused on "promoting the spiritual and physical recovery" of Dutch people who were in need as a result of the Second World War. Fair condition, staining, folds, large repaired tears, creasing, separate paper stuck on bottom edge. Country of issue: Netherlands, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 59x42, year of printing: 1940s.
