Original vintage cinema poster for the comedy film Woman Hater starring Edwige Feuillere and Stewart Granger and directed by Terence Young. Fun image featuring the faces of the two stars coming out of the water with Stewart Granger's character, Lord Terence Datchett, looking slightly scared while the French movie star character played by Edwige Feuillere, Colette Marly, is smiling and looking like she is having a lot of fun at his expense; behind them, a small boat is sailing away in the pale blue sea with the names of the actors above and the title below in red stylised lettering. Printed in England by W.E. Berry Ltd., Bradford. Very good condition, restored minor tears, folds, backed on linen. Country: UK, year of printing: 1948, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 102x68.
