Original vintage Soviet art exhibition poster - ?? ?????????????? ????????? ? ??????????? 40 ??? ?????????????? ????????? / From Unofficial Art to Perestroika 40 Years of Leningrad Art - held at the Exhibition Complex on Vasilyevsky Island (St Petersburg) featuring a maze design with the bold white labyrinth line leading from a box labelled with a red cross and the text Youthful Daring and Continuity crossing up to a triangle side reading Modern Art and beyond shown by a red arrow pointing up, set on a purple background with a cloud, stars, sun and other shapes in white, black, green and red, the stylised title lettering below. The period of Perestroika / Restructuring political reform from 1985 resulted in the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. Fair condition, paper losses, tears, folds, creasing, staining.
