Vintage reproduction of a Soviet propaganda poster issued to commemorate the International Worker’s Day - 1st May 1920 Through the ruins of Capitalism to the Worldwide Brotherhood of Working People! – the poster features colourful illustration of ladies, gentlemen and children representing various nationalities marching together while holding red banners with golden coins captioned ‘capitalism’, the crown and double headed eagle symbols of Imperial Russia under their feet, and a traditional floral Khokhloma pattern frame and bright yellow sun behind them. Small print at the top reads - RSFSR Proletarians of all countries, unite! Fair condition, staining, tears, creasing.
