A WWI BRITISH COMMEMORATIVE BRASS CHRISTMAS BOX
A WWI British brass Christmas commemorative box to British soldiers. The lid has stamped designs in relief depicting a female bust with large letters M, flanking the female bust, spears, tridents, shields & palm leaves with names of countries on the edges of the lid (Russia, Japan, Monte Negro, Serbia, France and Belgium). Inscribed, Imperium Britannicum, on the top, and, Christmas 1914, lower to the center.
