Attributed to Carlton Alfred Smith (British, 1853-1946) oil painting on canvas depicting an interior scene with a couple sitting in a kitchen with knitting thread. Framed. Carlton Alfred Smith was a British watercolorist, oil painter, and genre artist who often made images of cottage interiors showing domestic life and figures in cottage interiors in a romantic manner towards the end of the nineteenth century. One of a kind artwork.
