RUSSIAN ABSTRACT OIL PAINTING BY EDUARD STEINBERG
Eduard Edik Steinberg, Russian Soviet, French, 1937 to 2012, oil painting on board depicting a geometric abstract composition, 1979. Signed with initials and dated lower right. Eduard Arkadyevich Steinberg is a Russian artist, a representative of the second wave of Russian avant grade. Eduard Steinberg is known for his geometrical abstract paintings. As with Yuri Kuper and Oleg Tselkov, Steinberg rejected Socialist Realist style and actively participated in the Russian Non Conformist movement. One of a kind artwork.
