ANTIQUE FRENCH BRONZE FIGURINE BY J.B. GERMAIN
An antique early 20th-century bronze figurine by Jean-Baptiste Germain, 1841 to 1910, a French sculptor. The figure represents a girl with one hand outstretched while holding a book in the other. Original plaque La Pensee Par J.B. Germain, The Thinker by J.B. Germain, is on the base. Signed by the artist on the bottom of the artwork. The figurine is mounted on a red marble base. Collectible Art Nouveau Decor, Sculpture For Interior Design.
Dimensions: H 29 1/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
