LATE MEIJI TAISHO ERAS JAPANESE SATSUMA PORCELAIN
An antique Moriage Satsuma planter richly decorated with gilding, phoenix medallions and traditional patterns illegibly marked to the bottom. Antique late 19th century Japanese Moriage Satsuma teapot with dragon spout, intricately decorated with oriental scenes of Samurais and dragons, marked to the bottom. A fine antique bud vase skillfully hand painted with multi figural composition with Japanese scholars and traditional patterns, marked in black ink to the bottom. An early 20th century Japanese Satsuma pottery bowl, of a circular shape with a wavy rim, decorated on the outside with Japanese red maple branches and leaves, the interior is beautifully hand painted with a landscape scene with Mount Fuji, marked to the bottom.
