RUSSIAN WINTER LANDSCAPE PAINTING BY V. SEROV
Valentin Serov, Russian, 1865 to 1911, oil on canvas painting depicting a winter rural landscape with a horse. Signed lower left with the artist's initials, additionally signed to the back. Inscribed N. Lewis and dated 1989. Valentin Alexandrovich Serov was a painter and one of the premier portrait artists of his era.
