FRENCH IMPRESSIONIST OIL PAINTING BY PAUL MORCHAIN
Paul Bernard Morchain, French, 1876 to 1939, oil painting on panel, Tuna Boats at The Douarnenez. Signed lower right. Framed. Additionally inscribed, and titled, on the backside. Paul Morchain was a French painter, known for harbour scenes in the manner of Impressionism. His work was part of the painting event in the art competition at the 1932 Summer Olympics. One of a kind artwork.
