David Burliuk, Ukrainian, Russian, American, 1882 to 1967, oil painting on canvas depicting a still life in a landscape. Signed and inscribed lower right. Circa; 1930s to 1940s. A sketch depicts a still life, on the backside. Additionally inscribed, on the backside. Framed. David Davidovich Burliuk was an artist, poet, and publicist associated with the Futurist and Neo Primitivist movements, often described as the father of Russian Futurism.
