SOVIET BADGE SOCIETY OF FRIENDS OF THE AIR FLEET
The badge is designed with spread wings partially covered with blue enamel, with a five-pointed scarlet star in the center with gold letters USSR, and an aircraft valve. At the bottom, there is a ribbon covered with blue enamel with the letters in Cyrillic: ODVF. The Society of Friends of the Air Fleet (ODVF) was founded on March 8, 1923 and was the first mass public organization in the USSR to promote and develop the Air Fleet. It existed due to voluntary donations from citizens. Soviet Medals, Badges, Military Awards And Historical Memorabilia For Collectors.
