Martiros Saryan, Russian, Armenian, 1880 to 1972, acrylic on masonite painting depicting a woman leading a donkey with a laden sack through mountainous terrain. Signed lower left and dated 1911. Framed. Martiros Saryan was a painter, the founder of a modern Armenian national school of painting.
