AFTER MANJIT BAWA CONTEMPORARY INDIAN OIL PAINTING
An oil painting on canvas depicting two phantasmagoric animals after Manjit Bawa, Indian, 1941 to 2008. Signed and dated 2004 to the back. Manjit Bawa was one of the first painters to break out of the dominant grays and browns and opted for more traditionally Indian colors like pinks, reds and violet.
