FRENCH SEASIDE PAINTING BY LOUIS VALTAT
Louis Valtat, French, 1869 to 1965, an oil painting on board depicting a marine view. Titled Seaside and inscribed to the back. Signed lower left. Framed. Louis Valtat was a painter and printmaker associated with the Fauves, who first exhibited together in 1905 at the Salon dAutomne.
