LARGE RUSSIAN SILVER GEMSTONES EASTER EGG W STAND
An extra large Russian 88 silver gilt Easter egg case of two halves decorated with a floral pattern in the cloisonne enamel technique and also features images of three double headed eagles, which is the Russian Royal coat of arms. The egg is set with gem stone cabochons around the center and one on the top. The egg has a gold wash interior. The egg is also mounted on a gilt stand in the form of three double headed eagles swirling from the bottom of the eagles, featuring a floral pattern. The stand is hallmarked with an 88 Russian silver standard, and other marks. The egg case is marked with an 88 Russian silver standard and bears the mark of the master.
