Madeleine Scellier, French, born 1918, a limited edition color lithograph on paper, Reve Bleu, Blue Dream. Circa: 1970. Signed in pencil, lower right. Numbered in pencil, 21 of 250, lower left. Framed. Madeleine Scellier was born in 1918 in Saint Denis in the northern suburbs of Paris. She was in the School of Beaux Arts in the George Espagnats studio. She is an accomplished artist, a painter, a watercolorist, a printmaker, and an illustrator, she also did medals and painted ceramic jewelry. European Graphic Art Prints and Collectibles.
