The construction features a pyramidal roof above a square body, all formed from clear glass panes secured within lead cames. Each face of the lantern body is divided into a three-by-three grid of rectangular glass sections. The unit is fitted with a single white ceramic or plastic bulb socket and is suspended from a metal hanging loop and a short length of chain. The lead framework exhibits a dark patina consistent with its style. No maker's marks, signatures, or factory stamps are visible on the framework or the glass panes.
