The assembly is constructed with original copper feed pipes, each fitted with a T-handle brass shut-off valve and circular wall-mounting flanges. The pressure gauge, housed in a red-painted metal casing with a glass cover, displays a white dial calibrated from 0 to 400. The dial is printed with the maker name The British Thomson-Houston Co., Ltd., Rugby England, and includes the text MADE IN ENGLAND, NICKEL BUSHED BEARINGS, and POUNDS PRESSURE PER SQ. INCH, with the serial number 3264426 and a small circular trademark logo. The vacuum gauge features a matching red-painted metal housing and a cream-coloured dial with red markings from 0 to 30.
