A Pair of Victorian Gold Half Sovereign 9ct Gold Coin Cufflinks 18.14g. - A pair of British gold sovereign coins mounted as cufflinks within decorative circular 9ct yellow gold mounts. The coins are dated 1895 and feature the Veiled Head portrait of Queen Victoria, with the reverse depicting St. George and the Dragon. The sovereigns are secured by four-pronged 9ct gold mounts, each featuring a textured, diagonal-cut border. The reverse of one mount is stamped with an impressed mark reading 9CT GOLD. The toggle stems are stamped with a series of hallmarks in rectangular and octagonal cartouches, including the maker's initials B S & S and the 375 purity mark, indicating 9 carat gold.
