Three Antique Metal Items Including Silver-Plated Wick Trimmer and Repousse Vesta Case - Three antique metal items comprising a pair of wick trimmers, a vesta case, and a small locket pendant. The silver-plated candle snuffer or wick trimmer is of typical 19th-century form, featuring a rectangular collection box mounted on scissor-action blades with a pointed, dagger-like tip. The handles are formed with scrolling bridges and circular finger loops, and the piece is supported by three turned peg feet. No maker's marks or hallmarks are visible on the metal surface. The vesta case is decorated in the late Victorian style with high-relief repoussé work featuring a central heart-shaped cartouche framed by dense floral sprays, foliage, and scrolling leaves, with gadrooned fan motifs to the base corners. It retains a hinged lid and a suspension loop for attachment to an Albert chain. The third item is a small rectangular pendant, likely a locket or pill box, with a gilt finish and fine Aesthetic-style engraving depicting a floral spray within a bordered panel. No hallmarks or maker's signatures are visible on either of the smaller containers.
