Peter Idling Studio Glass Ruby and Bubbly Green Goblet - A contemporary hand-blown studio glass goblet by the Swedish glass artist Peter Idling. The piece is constructed with a flared, subtly ribbed bowl in a deep ruby red glass, showcasing visible internal textures and minor particulate typical of hand-worked glass. The bowl sits upon a multi-knop stem consisting of a small wafer knop and a larger spherical knop, joined to a wide, circular, folded-foot base. The stem and foot are crafted from a contrasting pale sea-green glass, densely populated with small seed bubbles throughout, characteristic of the artist's soda glass technique. The underside of the base features an etched cursive signature reading 'Idling'. No other marks or labels are visible.
