ISLAMIC SELJUK BRONZE BOTTLES
Ca. AD 800 - 900.
A collection of three bronze bottles exhibiting pear-shaped bodies that gracefully rest on a tall, slightly flaring foot. The necks of the bottles lead to a tubular mouth, adorned with a decorative horizontal register of protruding knobs, which adds to its aesthetic appeal.
