Ca. 202 BC - AD 220 A Chinese terracotta bird. The bird is painted with red and black pigments, and modeled with great details on the face and feathers. The bird is leaning foward and its wings folded to the side. The bird is supported by bronze legs. This piece has been precisely dated using a Thermo Luminescence analysis carried out by Ralf Kotalla. The report will accompany the lot.
