TWO KOTA DAGGERS - Ca. 20th century AD. > A pair of Kota daggers, each preserved with its original sheath. The first dagger is housed in a leather sheath of elongated form, widening toward the top and finished with a flared rim. The lower section is mounted with a metal collar and suspension rings, from which small attachments are hung. The handle is wrapped with coiled metal wire, terminating in a rounded pommel. The second dagger is enclosed in a sheath entirely wrapped in finely woven fibre, forming a tight, textured surface.
