RARE LIFE-SIZE EGYPTIAN STONE CAT / SEKHMET - Late Period to Ptolemaic, Ca. 664 - 30 BC. A limestone sculpture depicting a seated feline with front paws extended and hind legs folded beneath the body. The head is held upright with upward-facing ears, prominent cheeks, and a short, rounded snout. The eyes are closed, and the mouth is slightly curved.
