EGYPTIAN BRONZE DAGGER WITH BONE HANDLE - Middle Kingdom to Second Intermediate Period, Ca. 2055 - 1550 BC. A bronze dagger with a fullered leaf-shaped blade tapering to a sharp point, fitted with a broad bone handle flaring at the top and bottom, secured by rivets, and decorated with rows of drilled concentric circle motifs. Size: 245mm x 65mm; Weight: 260g Provenance: Private London collection; formerly in M. Ebnother collection, Switzerland, 1980s.
